Silvershell is a UK based mail order silver jewellery specialist.
We are part of an informal consortium of jewellers from across the world including Malta, Canada and South America.
We personally select only top quality hand crafted jewellery. Many pieces are produced exclusively for Silvershell and offered only through our website.
Unlike our competitors, our pieces are selected for design and quality – we don’t source inferior lighter weight (cheaper) products – we source genuinely high quality weighty items and offer them to you at constantly low prices compared to high street jewellers.
Quality
All our jewellery is stamped ‘925’. This means there are 925 parts of silver in every 1000 of its metal content. This is the same as the 925 content of Sterling silver – both are 92.5% pure (or better). Our jewellery is also nickel free.

Totally free P&P
Each piece is individually packed in a gift bag or gift box and well packed for delivery.
UK delivery is free, and we send all items Royal Mail 1st Class Post within 24hrs – usually quicker. If you need something urgently please indicate this when you order and we will do our best.
If your purchase is a gift we can ship it directly. Please tell us using the notes section at checkout and we will make sure we don’t include a receipt (you will still receive one by email).
Unconditional exchange policy
We operate a 30 day no quibble exchange policy on all products except earrings. Simply send back the item(s) in their original packaging. We will get in touch as soon as we receive them and arrange for an exchange for item(s) of equal or higher value.
Faults and returns
We operate a 30 day no quibble refund policy in the event of a fault or problem with any of our products. We will even refund you the cost of return postage.
